The first page displays a list of surveys on the database.

Hyperlinks include: Area (see ShowMaps).

To continue, select a survey by clicking on the Ref Nbr of a survey.

The second page displays the four element reports.

"Element Classes Report"
The first report displays by Rock Art Class the Number of Elements, Percent to total and the calculation for All Other Sites Percentage. If there are any rock art elements that have not been processed by the Define Rock Art Element Attributes function, a row labeled "Undefined" will appear at the top. A graphic representation of the Rock Art Class by Percentage to total follows the tabular report.

"Element Sizes Report"
If any actual or estimated element sizes are available, an Element Size Report will be included. The report displays by Rock Art Class the number of elements in .1 meter size increments and the Total number of elements. The size used is the larger of the width or height. For estimated sizes that are determined by the element cropping, the sizes are reduced by 10% to allow for margins around the element. A graphic representation of the number of elements in Rock Art Class by Size follows the tabular report.

"Element Attribute Summary Report"
The third report displays General Attributes and Rock Art Class Attributes with the number of elements recorded with the attribute. The number next to the General title is the Total number of elements recorded for the survey. The number next to the Rock Art Class is the number of elements recorded for the Rock Art Class. The percentage value for each attribute is calculated based on the total number of elements for the element class.

Hyperlinks include: number of elements recorded for the Rock Art Class and number of elements recorded for the attribute (see Sub-Functions - Elements With Common Attribute Sub-Functions).

"Element Detail Report"
The fourth report displays one line per element including: Cluster Number, Panel Letter, Panel Facing in degrees, Panel Inclination in degrees, Panel Width in meters, Panel Height in meters, Element Number, Element Class, Element Width in meters, Element Height in meters and Element Comments. If the element width or height is an estimate based on cropping size, "Crop:" is displayed before the measurement.
