The third part, Recording Functions, describes how to enter data into the Digital``Rock``Art database and how to correct the data when you discover an error. The fourth part, Research Functions, describes the various reports automatically generated by the application and how to use the database to search and compare rock art elements across all surveys. The fifth part, Captions and Lists, describes the captions displayed under elements and images and the lists of page numbers and surveys that are used by many functions. The sixth part, Sub-Functions, is a discussion of the popup windows that display additional data and images after a hyperlink is clicked.
