access_web_log shows bunch of post/get sequences from catpix4, cron draCronTriHourly runs, then post fails 16 seconds after trihourly ends. Cannot reproduce by manually running trihourly:

HG Update on DRA Changes Files Permissions

AppServer and webkit sometimes need exec permission reset after hg pull -u. hg doc seems to say set permission on Linux and pull to windows, but cannot see the permission update as a file change so nothing to pull.

Deleting only element on second page of Notebook

If the only element on the second page of a notebook is deleted, an empty second page is displayed with a heading that includes Entries 31 to 30 of 30.

Renumber with Annotation Errors

If clusters are renumbered for a survey that has annotation errors caused by missing cluster numbers, and a newly renumbered cluster hits a missing cluster number, then the automatic error correction within Annotation.py will use the (erroneous) new cluster number.

Workaround: Use the annotation function to check for errors caused by missing cluster numbers before renumbering.

Locked out of Logon

Should a user close the dra window without logging off and leave a wiki window or any browser window open, the wiki recognizes the user as being logged on and does not provide a link to DRA.

Workaround: user must type http://www.digitalrockart.org/dra/Menu into the browser location field OR close all copies of the browser and then restart a browser and logon again.

Annotate Images with Captions On

If the caption option is on and the large image size is equal to the jumbo image size, the Annotate Image function will display a captioned image in large size. This probably effects all update functions where the jumbo size can be set equal to the medium or large size.

Note that annotated images with captions on are modified to embed the captions within the image and the captions are also overlaid on the image.

Workaround: use different sizes for large and jumbo images.

Fixed Position Buttons

Buttons on popup servlet windows are not positioned against top of HTML area nor butted together as they are on Inventory popup windows.

Inconsistent Estimated Sizes

Element captions currently show the estimated size of the cropped area, but the Element Size analysis within the element report reduces this by 10% to allow for margins around the element. The reduced size is probably closer to actual, but the inconsistency in measuring makes the reports appear in error. How should this be fixed and/or explained?
