Attribute Report

Objective

The Attribute Report function lists all the attributes currently used in the DigitalRockArt application with the number of times each attribute has been selected. It provides an easy means of finding all of the panels or elements with a single attribute.

Processing

The Attribute Report is broken into areas by attribute type. There are three types of attributes in the DigitalRockArt application:

Attributes are used to describe the panels or elements in detail. Groups of related attributes form attribute sets.

Attribute Set names and the names of each Attribute appear below their respective panel, general or rock art class headers. The S or M following each Attribute Set name indicate whether the attribute set is single or multiple choice.

Clicking on Nbr will display all the elements in the database which have not been recorded with any of the attributes from the attribute set.

The number appearing to the right of an attribute is the number of panels or elements recorded with the attribute. Clicking on the number will display all elements in the database with the respective attribute.

Detail definitions of the attribute types and sets will be displayed by clicking on the name of the attribute type.
